Inaugurated the 30th Annual Exhibition of Argentine Photojournalism
On Thursday afternoon, National Bicentennial House will host the opening of the 30th Annual Exhibition of Argentine Photojournalism, organized by the Association of Graphic Reporters of Argentina (ARGRA).
The exhibition will be formally opened at 18 and may be, with free admission to the 10 August in the premises located on Riobamba 985, Tuesdays to Sundays and holidays from 12 a 20.
As it has been happening for over 30 years, ARGRA proposes an exhaustive narrative overview from the images were taken the previous year. In that context, in this edition pictures registered in 2018vsobre the most important events on topical presented, sports, portrait, daily life, politics, nature, environment, Art and Performances, occurred in the country and the world.
In this way, the public will appreciate over 150 photographs on display, selected from over 3.200 pictures submitted by photojournalists around the country.
It should be noted that of ARGRA is the most important exhibition of photojournalism that is organized in Argentina and the region. Since its inception, at the beginning of 1980, and until today, the vast concourse of public and journalistic great impact have made this sign Argentine Photojournalism in a unique event in the history of Argentina photojournalism and an unmissable to access the collective work of photojournalists.
On the other hand, This year will tour the section dedicated to the Collection Small Format, publications with images of Pepe Mateos and Gerardo Dell Oro; Enrique Garcia Medina and a third "collective book".
As for the Sample Editor Committee, consisted of Cristina Fraire, Merle Lucia, Marcos Zimmermann, Sol Vazquez and Pepe Mateos.
