From this Monday until 31 July a new edition will be developed virtually - the number 30- of the Children's and Youth Book Fair, organized by the Fundación El Libro.

This meeting that this year became atypical for reasons of public knowledge can be enjoyed through the platform http://www.el-libro.org.ar, which also has a special cultural program.

In that context, the promotion and purchase of children's and youth books will be promoted through the Map of Bookstores, in which each visitor can find the closest bookstore to their home.

As detailed from the organization, the map has more than 700 bookstores across the country, who will be able to satisfy the demand for books in their own premises or by home delivery, according to the authorized operation in each locality.

"As we said in the days of the Buenos Aires International Book Fair, the fair continues in the bookstores. Because we are at the crucial moment of supporting the main channel through which the book circulates in Argentina. And in this way the Children's and Youth Fair will be, for the first time, of presence throughout the country ”, says the president of the FEL María Teresa Carbano.

The program will have recorded and live activities, produced by the Foundation itself, by exhibitors and booksellers and by entities and groups that traditionally operate at the CCK and La Plata Fair. There will be, also, an offer of conferences and interviews aimed at teachers, librarians and workshops, which will replace the Mediators Conference that is offered every year.

"We will have videos with narrations, theater, music, science for all interests and all ages-says Oche Califa, Director Institutional and cultural. And some live activities, with virtual presence of public, including an international booktuber meeting. Activities will be available every day, but in each of them we will propose a program for the day ".
