With the best images recorded in 2019, On December 1, a new edition of the annual Argentine Photojournalism exhibition will be inaugurated in a virtual way.

This is the meeting number 31 organized by the Association of Graphic Reporters of Argentina (Argra) and will contain a selection of more than 200 photographs selected from 2500 images that were sent by reporters across the country.

Originally this sample was going to be inaugurated yesterday, but the date was changed after the death of Diego Maradona. The new opening hours will be at 19 hours.

The exhibition can be viewed through the official Argra site and also through the platform Compartir.cultura.gob.ar. During the tour, the public will be able to appreciate the images that recorded the most representative moments today, sports, portrait, daily life, politics, nature, environment, art and shows from the country and the world.

As for some of the portraits, for example, the protests carried out by small agricultural producers appear., known as "verdurazos", where an older person raises an eggplant after police repression.

There is also material that comes from Bolivia and Chile, during the incidents that occurred during the coup and rebellion, respectively.

The so-called green ‘handkerchiefs’ will also be present at the show, like fires, a dying horse, or the portrait of one of the exponents of the Buenos Aires cultural world such as Sergio De Loof, that witnesses a tribute in life, before his departure this year.

A dinosaur under the stars, a candidate for president who continues to teach at the public university, an unwelcome greeting in Congress between Vice President Cristina Fernández and outgoing President Mauricio Macri, come together in this memory of the year 2019.

The editorial committee that selected the photographs on this occasion was made up of Soledad Aznárez, Rubén Digilio, Victoria Gesualdi, Marcelo Ochoa and Graciela Calabrese, who selected the images sent by 97 photographers belonging to Argra.
