Inaugurates an exhibition dedicated to Salvador Costanzo at the Perlotti Museum
Starting this Thursday, September 1st, the exhibition “Salvador Costanzo. poetic abstraction”, as a tribute to the one year anniversary of the death of the plastic artist.
The opening will be from the 18 in the enclosure located on Pujol 644 and then you can visit on Mondays, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11 a 19. While, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be 11 a 20 hours.
Throughout this exhibition, the public will be able to appreciate a selection of Costanzo's artistic legacy, outstanding professor of painting and visual arts who stood out as dean of the IUNA.
The works in this exhibition recreate the restless spirit of the artist, who used different techniques and styles. The equilibrium, The geometry, abstraction and light contrasts are some chapters of the poetics of his work.
On the other hand, this sensory and poetic tour will be accompanied by a selection of visual artists who went through various stages of his life with him..
Constanzo received a large number of awards during his long career, between them in 1980 the 9th mention in the Municipal Hall of Plastic Arts of Buenos Aires, in 1997 mention in the Eduardo Sívori Museum of Plastic Arts in the XLII Municipal Hall of Plastic Arts "Manuel Belgrano" (Painting), among several others.
