From 22 November until the 9 December may be enjoyed European Film Encounter, a free festival offers the opportunity to appreciate stories of the Old Continent from the eyes of young directors.

His 16th edition this- there will be movies and recent documentaries that reflect the challenges of today's Europe: environment, The discrimination, drug trafficking, violence and migration, other entity. Son 19 feature films that are part of the festival, from 14 European Union countries, which will be in theaters in Buenos Aires and 12 Provinces of Argentina.

The European Film Meeting is coordinated by the Delegation of the European Union in Argentina and has the support of the various embassies and cultural institutes of EU member states accredited in our country.

In the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires the European Film Meeting will take place from 22 November to 9 from December, launch day tour that will cycle in the Argentine provinces.

The opening event will be held on Friday 22 of November (to 19 hours), in Film Friends of Fine Arts (Avenida Figueroa Alcorta 2280) and the film "Sami Blood" will be screened (Sweden), directed by Amanda Kernell.

The venues are French Alliance of Buenos Aires, CCK, Historical-Cultural Complex Manzana de las Luces, the Italian Institute of Culture, Cinema Friends of Fine Arts, Leopoldo Lugones Hall of the CTBA and the Cinema Theater YORK (GBA).
