The Library of Congress of the Nation announced new and diverse cultural and educational proposals that can be followed for free through the official site www.bcn.gob.ar and social networks.

In that context, Monday 31 May at 16.30 the online chat will be held “Visual narrative in children's illustration” by Laura Aguerrebehere, professor of plastic arts graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the National University of La Plata, winner twice in the category "Children's and youth illustration" of the awards granted by the Association of Cartoonists of Argentina (THERE IS).

The proposal will focus on the process and development of the illustration of a book and is aimed at teachers, librarians and the general public.

The same day, of 18 a 19.30, the fourth meeting of the online workshop "New river writings" will take place, dictated by Mónica Ávila. In each meeting an approach is made to the literature of the Delta with a focus on some of its themes and traditional authors. The workshop is intended for an adult audience without the need to prove prior knowledge. At the end of the workshop, certificates of participation will be given to those registered.

Later, Thursday 3 to 16 the online workshop will be held “Ask to learn” dictated by Ángela Menchón, Professor of Middle and Higher Education in Philosophy (UBA) and Educational Policy Specialist. The activity is part of the Educational Communities Cycle and will seek to reflect, from contributions of didactics and philosophy, about the pedagogical potential of questions in the classroom.

Also on thursday, but the 17, the second meeting of the online seminar will take place “Notes on rock. Traces of history and philosophy” which will be in charge of Florencia Eva González, Laura Cotón and Tomás Colombres. It will be the first of 4 meetings with the weekly class modality by Google Classroom and will aim to study and analyze different moments of national and Latin American rock from a historical and philosophical perspective. The didactic proposal is accompanied by audiovisual resources, musical records and songs to work, as well as copies of the magazine Pelo de la Hemeroteca BCN.
