“The House of the Dragon” became the most watched premiere of HBO MAX
Since its departure on the platform last Sunday, “The House of the Dragon” became the most watched series in the history of HBO MAX in Latin America.
The production that emerges from another great success such as "Game of Thrones", achieved the record by surpassing the first chapter of the second season of “Euphoria”, another of the platform's products.
"The House of the Dragon" also set a trend in social networks, with thousands of messages on the main platforms. As it transpired, there were seven 'trending topics' in our country, in prime time.
It is worth remembering that the chapters will be added Sunday to Sunday from the 22 hours, on both HBO and HBO MAX.
On the other hand, prior to the premiere of "The House of the Dragon", the visualization on the “Game of Thrones” platform was also increased (all eight seasons have now been brought into 4K format).
Based on the play by George R.R.. Martin, "Fire and Blood", the series of 10 episodes is set 200 years before the events of “Game of Thrones” and tells the story of House Targaryen. The drama stars Paddy Considine, Matt Smith, Olivia Cooke, Emma D’Arcy, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, Sonoya Mizuno, Fabien Frankel y Rhys Ifans.
