With functions that take place on Saturdays from 18.30, the Beckett Theater presents “The Independent Theater Cycle”, a work by Elisa Sustaita, inspired by what was done by Frank Kafka and Lewis Carroll.

This proposal has the performances of Nicolás Cayol, Candela Font, Lucas Zeballos, Ignatius Procopius and Augustine Yaneff, under the direction of Romina Stampone and Sustaita herself.

The play offers a plot close to the theater of the absurd and revolves around the bureaucratic agencies of the state.

Within that context, the protagonist will seek to be attended to make a simple claim. For it, not only will you have to wait long hours, but will be forced to complete a series of illogical forms.

On the other hand, the story will get complicated when, Finally, they take care of it, but far from being heard, will be subjected to a trial after which he will be considered a dangerous criminal and must be locked up before committing another terrible crime.

In this way, the protagonist will be immersed in the whims of a system that chews up and spits out its victims., remaining at the mercy of a group of people who seem more concerned with maintaining the forms than with imparting justice.

This work will remain on billboard until 3 of September, with tickets that are on sale at the ticket office of the venue located on Guardia Vieja 3556 or through the Alternative Theater System.
