The City of Buenos Aires will celebrate the anniversary of La Boca
With various activities throughout the weekend, the Culture area of the City together with La Usina del Arte will celebrate the 152 years of the mouth.
The program of proposals contemplates all ages and includes concerts, workshops, gastronomy, visual arts, activities and shows for children and the Focaccia Championship.

further, will be part of the festivities that will take place throughout that week in different institutions in the neighborhood: Columbus Factory, Quinquela Martin Museum, Andreani Foundation, ArteBrin Theater, Brown Theater, Bohemian Club, Mouth to Mouth Bar, Notable Bar La Perla and Game Library and Zonal La Boca.
On Saturday there will be different proposals to enjoy with the family. Among them “iUpiiiii”, the first cultural space for early childhood in the City, that developed by professionals specialized in this childhood stage enhances and stimulates sensoriality, curiosity, surprise and game.
“Safari without you – exploratory visits!” proposes playful guided tours with costume, for girls and boys to become explorers of one of the most emblematic buildings in the City.

On Sunday the proposals will continue with Leandro Ragusa and USACH Quintet. Music for bandoneon and wind quintet. Binational project carried out by the Argentine bandoneonist and composer Leandro Ragusa and the Chilean ensemble Quinteto de Vientos USACH.
Sonorities and resources from tango, Argentine jazz and folklore. Yopara Guazu. Awarded in the call “Boquense Cultural District”. Along with APYCE (Association of pizzerias and empanada houses) there will be a pizza tasting in the square to celebrate the La Boca neighborhood on its 152nd anniversary.
further, the first Boca Focaccia Championship will be held with the curatorship of Pietro Sorba and APYCE (Association of pizzerias and empanada houses) and a jury with representation of pizza masters from Banchero and El Puente de Ariel. One of the emblematic meals of the Genoese immigrants who played a historical role in the birth of the neighborhood, in its growth and physiognomy.
