Comic Con Argentina closed its 18th edition yesterday with a resounding success, leaving thousands of pop culture fans amazed by the enormous variety of experiences offered at the Costa Salguero Center.

The public had the opportunity to share special moments with great international figures, as Carlos Villagran, remembered for his endearing role as Quico in “El Chavo del 8”; Brandon Routh, who played Superman in “Superman Returns” and Atom in “Legends of Tomorrow”; and the iconic voice actors Mario Castañeda (voz de Goku), Rene Garcia (Vegeta's voice) and Carlos Tinoco (Thanos voice). The panels and close encounters with these artists were some of the highlights of the meeting, where attendees could meet their idols and take home unforgettable memories.

In the Main Stage, live concerts offered a vibrant experience for attendees. From the tribute to Michael Jackson with “Moonwalk” to the epic performance of “The Lord of the Rings” by the Sonando al Unisono orchestra, Each show filled the stage with energy and emotion. The Guns N' Roses tribute band, Rose Gun, and the tribute to Kiss, “Kiss Me” closed the days with unforgettable shows.

The world of cosplay also shone in this edition, with daily contests that rewarded the most creative costumes. further, the public enjoyed the exhibitions in the Cosplay Zone, where the best cosplayers in the country showed their talent. Among the great attractions, attendees toured the Medieval Fair, an outdoor space that transported them to the past with recreations of crafts, shows and typical gastronomy. Thematic areas such as “Horror XP” also stood out, that captured fans of the horror genre with creepy settings and immersive experiences.

The shopping area was another of the great successes of Comic Con, offering exclusive cinema products, TV, comics and video games. Fans took the opportunity to purchase collectibles and immerse themselves in the impressive official booths of giants like Netflix, Disney and Warner. Among them, The immersive experience of “The Squid Games 2” was one of the most talked about.
