The Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation honored the UNQ

Under the Research and Preservation Grant Program, the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation distinguished the National University of Quilmes (UNQ).

All the winners chosen by the Foundation were announced this Tuesday, In this way, two types of subsidies will be offered to musical institutions, Nonprofit organizations, musicologists and researchers around the world who enhance and preserve the heritage of Latin music.

This year, a diverse group of institutions and researchers will receive this support. The four grants, each with a maximum value of 5 one thousand dollars, support various projects. Preservation grants fund the cataloging and preservation of Latin music and its unique customs, while research grants support projects dedicated to historical and anthropological studies, in addition to documentation of Latin traditions and folklore.
