The photographic exhibition of Sameer Makarius arrives at Celta Bar

The proposal “Where are we going Buenos Aires?”, photographic exhibition that brings together works by the prestigious Sameer Makarius and that runs through the Notable Bars, now it can be seen at the Celta Bar.

This exhibition has 49 Makarius' realizations, pointed out as one of the pioneers of the so-called “Street photography” movement.

This initiative runs through Notable Bars and was already present at El Gato Negro, Blue Sea and Lavalle Bar. Now it will be the turn of the Celta Bar de Sarmiento 1701. can be seen this tuesday 15 November from the 18 hours.

throughout his work, Makarius not only reconstructs his discovery of the city and its customs, but they portray the Buenos Aires in which the cultural heritage that is still valid was born: the hectic rhythm of the microcentro, the encounter, conversation and coffee.

The exhibition was made possible thanks to the generous collaboration of Karim Makarius.. It is a joint action produced by the Chamber of Cafes and Bars of the Hotel Association, restaurants, Confectioneries and Cafes (AHRCC), and the cultural group Los Notables, and has the accompaniment of the Ministry of Culture of the City through its Heritage area.
