Van Gogh's immersive exhibition arrives in Argentina
“Imagine Van Gogh”, the impressive immersive exhibition on the Dutch artist will visit our country in February at the Rural Fairgrounds.
The exhibition will stop in Argentina after passing through Chile and after having visited the main capitals of the world, allowing to enjoy 200 large-scale works by the painter Vincent Van Gogh.
There have already been more than a million tickets that were sold around the world. In Argentina, The tickets to see this sample will be made available to the public from 13 from December.
With this kind of technology, devised in 1977 by French photographer and filmmaker Albert Plécy and carried out for this exhibition by his granddaughter Annabelle Mauger, you can see the works on a large scale, even projected on floors and walls.
"Imagine Van Gogh" was first seen in 2008, in the Francesa Cathedral of Images. The famous paintings that are part of this exhibition belong to outstanding collections in large venues such as the Musée d'Orsay in Paris., the National Gallery of Art, London, the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam, the Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
