"A Clockwork Orange", the first musical to premiere in pandemic

Anthony Burgess classic, "A Clockwork Orange", will premiere this Saturday 17 October its musical version that can be enjoyed online through the Regina Theater Complex.

Thus, it will become the first show of its kind to be released in the context of the pandemic, designed entirely for its realization via streaming.

Nacho Nacif will be Alex Delarge and will be accompanied by great artists with an outstanding career in musicals such as Patricia Lorca, Walter Canella, Horacio Vay and Gustavo Monje; with lyrics and direction by Matías Litvak and music and musical direction by Ezequiel Escobar Berisso. Total, son 12 artists on stage, complying with all the corresponding health protocols.

Like in the book and the movie, the plot revolves around Alex, an aggressive young man with two passions: rampant violence and Beethoven. The young man leads "Los Drugos", a band of guys who unleash their wildest instincts, terrorizing the whole society.

But nevertheless, a murder and subsequent arrest of the protagonist, voluntarily subject you to an innovative re-education experience that aims to drastically nullify any hint of antisocial behavior.
