This Saturday 2 December will be held in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires a new edition of The Night of the Temples, a free meeting to enjoy culture and religious tourism between the 20 and midnight.

Total, will be 42 the temples of all the cults that can be visited, without any prior registration. Thus, visitors will appreciate the different types of communities that are testimony to cultural heritage, artistic and architectural porteño.

The Night of the Temples is part of the Buenos Aires Nights, which this year include the Night of Ideas and the Night of Gastronomy.

It should be noted that among the 42 temples that will open their doors, the traditional Christmas carols will appear in English and Spanish, made in the San Salvador Anglican Church. There will also be a show of folklore and Lebanese food at the San Marón Cathedral; You will be able to visit the tower of the San Miguel Arcángel Church which is from the 17th century and which served as a lookout point for the patriots during the English invasions.

As well, Meditation activities with mantras and chants will be held at the International Society for Krishna Consciousness and philosophical questions may be asked of the temple monks. At the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple, a video about Buddhism will be shown and a meditation guided by the coordinators of the institution will be held.. In the Armenian Apostolic Cathedral Saint Gregory the Illuminator there will be Armenian sacred music and in the Great Temple De Paso songs in Hebrew, with piano and voices, celebrating the conclusion of Shabbat.
