"Love without barriers" (West Side story), Steven Spielberg's big screen adaptation of the classic Broadway musical recently released its first official trailer.

This movie, made by 20th Century Studios and Walt Disney Company will premiere in theaters in our country on 9 from December to 2021, just one day before his arrival in theaters in the United States.

Based on the screenplay by the Tony Award winner and a Pulitzer, Tony Tony Kushner, "Love Without Barriers" tells the classic story of rivalries and youthful love in New York City by 1957.

The new adaptation of the endearing musical stars Ansel Elgort (Tony), Rachel Zegler (Maria), Ariana DeBose (Anita), David alvarez (Bernardo), Mike Faist (Riff), Josh Andrés Rivera (Chino), Ana Isabelle (Rosalía), Corey Stoll (Lieutenant Schrank), Brian d’Arcy James (officer krupke) and Rita Moreno (as Valentina, the owner of the corner store where Tony works).

It should be noted that Rita Moreno, one of only three artists to be honored with Oscars, Emmy, GRAMMY, Tony y Peabody, she also serves as one of the executive producers on the film.
