This Sunday 17 July the play "1989" will hit the stage of the Teatro del Pueblo, of Teodoro López and under the direction of Leandro Airaldo.

This show, which features performances by Tobías Bearzotti, Maria Colloca, Emiliano Diaz, German Rodriguez and Gonzalo Ruiz, is located at that time in Argentina, where three brothers decide to exhume their father's body to move it to a niche.

This decision has been made ten years after his death and planned by himself. The family locksmith business, today owned by one of the brothers, It is the scene of the reunion.

The work poses the mechanics of two systems, the one of the family protagonist of the work and the economic system of the country/world. Systems that build beasts, grotesque figures, criminals; a dead end mechanic. The mechanics of history above the human will, the repetition of a tragedy.

Performances will be every Sunday from 20, with tickets that are on sale at the venue located on Lavalle 3636 or through the Alternative Theater System.
