The Tango Orchestra will celebrate National Bandoneon Day

This Wednesday the Buenos Aires Tango Orchestra will carry out a special celebration within the framework of National Bandoneon Day that will take place at the Cultural Center 25 of May.

The appointment will be from the 20 hours, with free admission that must be reserved in advance at EntradasBA.

It is worth remembering that this day is celebrated from 2005, moment in which the National Congress promulgated the Law in honor of the teacher Aníbal Troilo, considered the Greater Bandoneon of Buenos Aires.

To celebrate the day, through the BA Music area, the Orchestra will develop a repertoire that includes its bandoneonists Federico Pereiro, Mariano Cigna and Carlos Corrales, with a special appearance in some of the songs not only by the great Pichuco, but also of other great exponents of the instrument.

The unforgettable Aníbal Troilo was born a 11 July 1914 and also served as composer and conductor of Argentine tango orchestra.

The Program for this emblematic occasion will be directed by maestro Néstor Marconi and will feature the interpretation of Lautaro Mazza and the locution of Mariana Fossati.
