The Ministry of Culture of the Nation and the National Theater Institute, in coordination with the National University of the Arts (A), announced the Diploma in Scenography for the NOA region.

A proposal to promote training, updating and improvement of theater technicians and techniques that develop their activity in areas of independent management and public management, with residence in the provinces of Catamarca, Jujuy, Santiago del Estero, Salta and Tucumán. It is an approach to artistic and technical languages ​​that allow to expand and update knowledge, and at the same time seeks to put into practice professional work modalities.

This year thanks to the participation of the Ministry of Culture, through the National Directorate of Cultural Training of the Secretariat of Cultural Management, The Diploma will add to the call theatrical technicians who develop their activities in the field of public management, Unlike the two previous editions that only contemplated the participation of workers from the independent sector.

The Diploma in Scenography is a formal education instrument that will allow knowledge to circulate, promote systematic tools for the development of a protocol for maintenance and basic repairs, and will provide the theoretical-practical tools that enable the management, execution, coordination and supervision of the different aspects involved in the production of all scenic projects with greater efficiency. Through its contents, training in scenography will be offered in localities, provinces and regions that currently do not have this educational offer, as also, will join the teaching of theater technicians from all over the country, prioritizing their role and contributing to their insertion in the professional circuit as an organizational producer and coordinator in charge of the entire assembly.

In this edition, 40 technicians and techniques in lighting and sound of independent theater halls and / or public management, who have previous experience. Those people who want to present themselves as applicants, and are not working as room technicians, must be endorsed by a referent of said space, and they must also have verifiable experience.
