The Lugones Room will offer a selection by the filmmaker Lita Stantic

From Thursday 25 February, the Leopoldo Lugones Hall –through the Buenos Aires Theater Complex (CTBA)- will offer a series of films by the Argentine filmmaker Lita Stantic.

The cycle consists of six productions, that can be enjoyed for free and online, through the CTBA website and the Vivamos Cultura platform, dependent on the Buenos Aires Ministry of Culture.

Regarding the program, It is made up of five of the films that Stantic made in different stages of his career and includes titles by María Luisa Bemberg, Lucrecia Martel, Pablo Reyero, Gustavo Fontán and Paraguayan director Paz Encina. The proposal is completed with the only feature film directed by Stantic in 1993, the remarkable "A wall of silence".

This online cycle anticipates a future face-to-face retrospective at the Leopoldo Lugones Room, when sanitary conditions allow.
