Leticia Lee presents her songs in El Emergente
Leticia Lee, one of the most promising voices in the local rock scene, will be presenting songs corresponding to his first record work that will be released early next year, in The Emerging of Almagro, this Friday 20 October.
“This new stage in my career finds me much more mature in music and in my personal life and makes what I dreamed of so much, It's reflected in the music.", points out the artist who will be presented from 20 in the compound of Francisco Acuña de Figueroa 1031.
Lee explains that within his solo project "there are solid songs with a lot of depth on a poetic level, without falling into marked influences, musically, or at least not consciously, emphasizing that "life inspires me to compose".
about his songs, the composer details: “Sometimes I talk about things that happened and others about things that have nothing to do with me. I was always responsible for the message, because what is transmitted is very important" and adds: “Art must reach the heart. I am very lucky to have musicians who know what I say and put it right away, forming a muscle apart, solid and powerful”.
Originally from the Buenos Aires city of Lanús, Laticia Lee started her way to the 13 years and, after knowing the voices of Manis Joplin, Robert Plant y Freddie Mercury, decided to start with the band Idem.
After being part of Experiencia del alma, Papusas and Camus, In addition to participating in various projects with other artists, Lee decided to embark on his solo career with a band made up of Pablo Ogni Díaz and Cristian Puebla on guitars., Joaquín Turkow on bass and Nicolás Javier on drums.
