With a selection that includes 13 productions and a production entirely online, the edition will be carried out 17 of the European Film Meeting.

In this opportunity, the festival will take place in two stages, where the first will take place in the course of this year (the 13 films) and the second will be completed in 2021, always free and online.

The first part of the cycle will open this Friday 30 October and will run until 30 of November. In this context, a look with a gender perspective will be proposed, in which much of the programming seeks to reflect on inequality, empowerment, discrimination and exclusion, among others.

At the same time, each program will be accompanied by a series of activities, which can be open talks for the general public and training workshops for students and young filmmakers.

"Swim", by Luzie Loose (Germany); “Erik & Erika”, de Reinhold Bilgeri (Austria); “My last year as a loser”, de Urša Menart (Slovenia); "Buñuel in the labyrinth of the turtles", by Salvador Simó (Spain); “Lady time”, de Elina Talvensaari (Finland); and "Cassandro, the exotic ", by Marie Losier (France); are some of the titles of this first part.

As well as "A window to the sea", by Miguel Ángel Giménez (Greece); “The vice of hope”, of Edoardo De Angelis (Italy); “Jacob, Mimi and the neighborhood dogs ", de Edmunds Jansons (Poland); "Die like a man", by João Pedro Rodrigues (Portugal); “Self-Portrait of a dutiful daughter”, by Ana Lungu (Romania); "We only have to dance", by Levan Akin (Sweden); y “Mellow Mud”, de Renārs Vimba (Latvia), who complete the programming.
