Lula Bertoldi, Emmanuel Horvilleur, Dak1llah, Dante Spinetta, We do not, Neo Pistea, Wals, Francisca Valenzuela, Coti, Silvina Moreno, Andrés Giménez, Natalie Perez and Emanero among others, will be the protagonists of a large set recital Thursday, under the beginning of the festival Ciudad Emergente.

The opening concert of this new edition will be a grand parade of artists, with a special continuity in two scenarios, starting at 18 in the Usina del Arte.

"Emerging City" will occupy a portion of the mouth between the different areas of the Usina, Square, the space under Highway and Avenue Perez Galdos, between Caboto and Pedro de Mendoza, more than 450 activities, featuring more than a thousand artists and 130 bands 7 scenarios.
