Los Cafres celebrate their anniversary with a trilogy of albums

To celebrate its 30 years of experience, Los Cafres launched a trilogy of albums that can be heard in digital format. Named "Today 3 decades ", the first volume is now available.

After the release of "Your goal" as first preview video of a musical scale project, national pioneer of reggae roots band in Spanish disclosed this first volume that later will merge into a physical album 2020.

Wrapped in a blue atmosphere, the first installment of Los Cafres invited to journey a dream world, creative, free, surreal artistic proposal addressing the group from different perspectives: On one side are the new songs, unexplored soundscapes arriving to deliver new messages like "Your goal", "The flower", "Bred", "Sun Lover" and "Prefer". For another, dedicated to the security of maturity, Los Cafres reveal one of the most beautiful hidden pearls of his repertoire: "It goes from me", b side which was part of the compositional process of their album Instinct (1995) and that only now coming to light.

As well, under the gaze of the group, Los Cafres TODAY 3 Decades opens an invisible bridge between the past and the future and so the band is immersed in experiencing their own sound in two reversions, almost in contrast, the celebrated "Who gives more?” (2004): "Lucid", in a "lo fi vershan" assumed the risk of putting off the makeup production, unretouched or arrangements to portray the spontaneous freshness of the living. While "The Garden", with arrangements and musical direction by Ariel Pirotti, He had the special participation of an orchestra of strings and French horn, Interlocking its sound with the band, to achieve a work with symphonic touches keeping the spirit cafre.

This free frame, organic, revision and expansion, Los Cafres allowed to address the world of "Crown Prince of Reggae" Dennis Brown, who has been a source of inspiration throughout the years, delivering a cover version of the classic "Revolution".

Los Cafres are currently presenting the tour 3 Decades along the East and West coasts of the United States; tour that will last until early September, arriving in Mexico in October and in November Chile. This tour will continue for Latin America 2020.
