Before this announcement, Buenos Aires Chief of Staff Felipe Miguel expressed that the protocol was approved after much work so that “we can attend a musical show, dance or theater, because enjoying culture and experiencing an outdoor event in person is important for the quality of life of the neighbors ".

Miguel in turn expressed that this is also “an opportunity for artists to return to work, after so many months that were very hard. Thanks to everyone's commitment, we go one step further to continue recovering freedoms and take up our lives again ".

Meanwhile, Minister of Culture of the City, Enrique Avogadro, stated that it is "part of the plan to open cultural activities" and that from the Buenos Aires cultural area "we have art galleries in operation, the bookstores, the concerts via streaming, museums for maintenance and auto events among others. The goal is for us to meet culture again and for artists to have the opportunity to work again ”.

The protocol is applicable to all cultural events such as theatrical activity, shows musicales, performing arts, dance, performance, visual arts, children's cultural show, shows, circus and other activities similar to those mentioned that can be carried out respecting the same.

At the same time, It is applicable to all cultural events with audiences up to 100 people outdoors, to the extent that a free space occupation surface of 4m2 per person can be guaranteed, for the public and own or contracted personnel that carry out activities during assembly, development and disarmament of the event in question, to be held outdoors.
