"A million friends" is, undoubtedly, one of the great classics in Latin American music. In this context and in the situation that unfortunately we have to live because of the pandemic, Los Pericos and the Panamanians from Los Rabanes came together to bring a little joy to the hand of the emblematic song by Roberto Carlos.

With the sole purpose of sending a message of unity and hope, the musicians left this record jointly produced by both bands, accompanied by a video clip directed and produced by Christian Torres.

Javier Solis, productor de Rockass Online Music, highlighted that during the recording of the material “voices from all over the world were collected, it was done during the days of the pandemic, taking advantage of technology "and for the video" images of people of different nationalities were collected who danced to the rhythm of this version in ska with the perfect touch of combination between both bands ".

Meanwhile, Emilio Regueira, vocalist of Los Rabanes, indicated that it is an "ode to friendship that shines again in difficult and complex times". The song “is what we need to be able to move forward in this crisis and in the opening of this quarantine. It takes a million good intentions, A million friends, a million good causes to restart our lives, Step by Step, calmly, With precaution, because it is a song that brings hope, Brotherhood, empathy with everyone, what are the things we find in a friend ".

While, Juanchi Baleiron - guitarist and singer of Los Pericos- emphasized that "friendship is essential to overcome this crisis and pandemic". The musician said that "it is a projection, a metaphor, that when this pandemic ends we can hug with friends, be one, two or a million, I hope I feel the energy like it's millions, to be able to celebrate, to share, to dance, to sing, with our friends. Friendship unites and this song projects that feeling ".

The new million friends is now available on all digital platforms, like Spotify, Itunes, Deezer, Pandora, YouTube, among other.
