South Koreans BTS were the big winners of European MTVs

With four awards from the main categories, South Korean k-pop group BTS was the big winner of a new edition of European MTVs.

The furor of the moment group won the statuettes within the Best Group genres, Best song (for “Dynamite”), Best Live Online and Best Fans in the ceremony corresponding to the edition 27 of the awards.

Within Latin America, the most outstanding artist was Karol G, who got the corresponding award, in addition to providing a live show, like Doja Cat, Maluma and David Guetta.

Another of the awarded artists was Lady Gaga, who was chosen as the "Best Artist", while Doja Cat took the statuette as "Revelation Artist". DJ Khaled was left with another of the outstanding awards, as is the one for "Best Video" (for the song "Popstar", performed with Justin Bieber and Drake).

Finally, the emotional moment of the night was the tribute that was made to the recently deceased guitarist Eddie Van Halen, which was in charge of the singer-songwriter St. Vincent, Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins.
