Luna Sujatovich presents her first EP of instrumental music

After having received two Gardel Awards, the artist Luna Sujatovich presented her first instrumental EP for piano with folkloric airs.

“How the tractors are silent” is the name of the record work that will be presented live on 12 October at Café Berlin, with tickets that are already on sale through the LivePass system.

Sujatovich presents four pieces that were composed between 2009 Y 2015, the artist wrote between the years 2009 Y 2015, where he combined jazz sounds, Argentine folklore and contemporary music.

through these songs, the artist manages to show her relationship with the music of great artists such as Cuchi Leguizamón, Carlos Garcia, Manolo Juarez and Egberto Gismonti - among others -.

In "How are the tractors silent" the songs do not strictly follow any rhythm (vidala, zamba, chacarera, malambo), but uses them as triggers for composition.

About this, Sujatovich maintained that “they are musicians that have accompanied me for many years, and couldn't give them their moment -until now- and I'm very happy".

At the same time, The artist added that folklore “I began to like it after listening to the Duo Salteño and Carlos García, and I became a fan. Much of all that is here, despite being porteña, Jewish and Tan”.

“Sometimes identity is a mystery, and the music too. Not much more to explain", ended.
