With Mar del Plata as the main city, the shows will also be based in Batán, as explained by the Commune.

Through an event that was attended by the Secretary of Culture of Mar del Plata, Carlos Balmaceda, It was also announced that the Barrial Circuit of Sociocultural Productions will have special participation during this season.

Balmaceda explained that although it is known in advance that it will be a difficult summer due to the pandemic, "Much work was done on the protocols and forums to bring peace of mind to the artist and the viewer".

At the same time, The official added that at all times, “they sought to support the artist from Mar del Plata when the cultural agenda for this summer was drawn up to protect the protocols of the pandemic and the employment source.. In this challenge, the public road is the place of the reunion ".

"After much dialogue and study, We said that the heritage spaces that Mar del Plata has should also be opened: Villa Victoria is an emblematic place, where there will be a lot of activity, with capacity and protocols, like the Villa Miter, the Castagnino Museum, José Hernández Museum and Museum of Natural Sciences ", said Balmaceda.

One of the main outdoor proposals is the cycle "From square to square" that takes place every day with musical shows, dance companies, storytellers, puppeteers, circus groups and theatrical performances, among other proposals.

In that sense, every night there will be two amphitheater performances at 20 Y 21 in Plaza Miter, the center of Mar del Plata and shows in Plaza del Agua, Güemes street shopping area.

On the other hand, in Villa Victoria and Villa Miter, from this monday, will present permanent displays in their gardens, besides music shows, magic or variety.

The summer season will also feature traditional presentations at the Colón Theater, which reopened this Sunday with reduced capacity and strict compliance with current health measures with "Sentimiento Tanguero", and that he will have performances every night with different local artists.
