More of 100 thousand visitors enjoyed a new Comic Con

La Vereda was present during the three days of the Argentina Comic Con, where it was confirmed that the convention was a resounding success, attracting more than 100,000 visitors to the Costa Salguero Center.

As is usually the case in each edition, The convention offered an incredible variety of activities, panels, concerts and surprises for all pop culture fans.

The first day began with the electrifying concert by the band Soundtrack, who performed the best video game songs, followed by the presence of the iconic Ernie Hudson, Known for his role as Winston Zeddemore in “Ghostbusters”. The panels of the dubbing actors Emilio Treviño and Juan Guzmán also stood out., and the creator of “Alejo and Valentina”, Alejandro Szykula. The main stage vibrated with the Cosplay Contest and closed the night with an emotional concert by QPA Band, who paid tribute to “Rocky”.

In the auditory, attendees were able to learn the story of Aleta Vidal, a talented Argentine illustrator and cartoonist. Sebastián Tabany and Kato offered a fascinating talk about the representation of ninjas in cinema, while the Ovni Press Editorial presented “Cinema vs.. Comics” with @melizetaok and @ferlageok. Nicolás Rábago spoke about his book “Fenómenos gamers”, Pablo Canade shared his self-publishing experience with “Las Fichas del Horror” 1 y 2”, and Álvaro Cañadas took a tour of the TRON franchise.

The second day was marked by the exciting panel of Enzo Vogrincic, Known for his role in “The Snow Society”. The main stage had the presence of great bands like Reservoir Songs, who performed soundtracks of Tarantino's films; Back to the Orchestra, directed by Damian Mahler, who played iconic movie songs; y The Beats, who delighted the public with the best covers of The Beatles. The day closed with another panel by Ernie Hudson and the spectacular Star Wars Parade.

The auditorium continued with interesting talks and received talented guests such as the artist and illustrator Ciruelo Cabral. Attendees were able to enjoy a varied program that kept everyone entertained and excited throughout the day..

The third and final day of Comic-Con was just as spectacular. Ernie Hudson once again delighted the public with his “Ghostbusters” anecdotes, and Juan Guzmán and Emilio Treviño repeated their participation on the main stage. Alejandro Szykula presented a preview of the new season of “Alejo & Valentina”, and the KISEKI concert transported attendees through the best anime songs. Máximo Meyer offered a memorable show, touring songs from the musicals “ONCE”, “Dear Evan” and “Almost Normal”, with several special guests. The day culminated with the exciting finale of the cosplay contest, the impressive Star Wars Parade and an emotional Queen Mother concert, in tribute to Queen.
