After a long wait, that barely diminished a couple of days ago with the first images of the film; this thursday warner bros. finally presented the official trailer for "Matrix: Resurrections ".

This is the fourth installment in the franchise and it will mark the return of Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss in the roles of Neo and Trinity., respectively; this time under the direction of Lana Wachowski.

The cast is completed by Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (the "Aquaman" franchise) Jessica Henwick ("Iron Fist" television series, “Star Wars: Episode VII – The awakening of the force "), Jonathan Groff (“Hamilton”, "Mindhunter" television series) , Neil Patrick Harris ("Lost"), Priyanka Chopra Jonas ("Quantico" television series), Christina Ricci ("Trapped In The Asylum", "The Lizzie Borden Chronicles" television series), Telma Hopkins (the television series "Dead for Me"), Erendira Ibarra ("Sense8" series, "Ungovernable"), Toby Onwumere (TV series "Empire"), Max Riemelt ("Sense8" series), Brian J. Smith ("Sense8" series,“Treadstone”) y Jada Pinkett Smith ("President Under Fire", the television series "Gotham").

The film will hit theaters on 15 December this year.
