Mendoza: The Independence Theater raises the curtain again
With three face-to-face functions and one virtual, on the weekend the Independencia Theater in Mendoza will reopen its doors to the public, with shows for all ages.
Complying with strict sanitary protocols, the face-to-face shows will be free and invitations can be obtained through www.entradaweb.com.
On Friday 20, to 21, to live it in the living room, el "Flaco" Suárez will present his award-winning one-man show Tears and laughs. With text by Suárez himself, on fragments of stories by Juan Draghi Lucero, Darius Fo, Juan Rulfo and Gabriel García Márquez, this is a wonderful show, who has traveled Latin America, with tons of humor and deeply moving moments.
On Saturday there will be a double program, a face-to-face show and a virtual one. At 20, Griselda López Zalba; Andrea Vaia and Cristian Ojeda will offer Songs of the Return, a show to enjoy at the Theater, with great classics of lyrical, como O sole mio; Morning; In the Fantasia y Caruso, among others.
The same day, but the 21 and virtually, can be enjoyed from home, the second installment of Florece el Independencia, with three artists who triumph in the country, Mariana Päraway, José Lucano (Together with Cata López Martínez, Sebastian Millán, Agustín Verdes and Jere Casetti) and Paula Neder (Accompanied by Leandro Lacerna).

To end a weekend of reunions, on Sunday, to 20, Marabunta Teatro will go up to the tables of Independencia with its show "What hats hide". Three different beings, special, they will approach the public in a tender and fun way, creating an atmosphere of play and recognition of the other as different but equal people, in a creative meeting, imaginative and dynamic that invites young and old alike.
Looking at the hat as a characteristic distinctive of the people, differentiating them and thus enriching the situations to experience, from the starting point that diversity lies in the richness of a species.
