For the first time in Latin America, two emblematic works of twentieth-century artists like Marcel Duchamp and Jeff Koons will be exposed, causing a stir in Mexico City.

The exhibition is titled "Nude Appearance: the desire and the object in the work of Marcel Duchamp and Jeff Koons, yet", which will take place in the Jumex Museum.

Total, will be 70 the creations will be exhibited, among which are also giant sculptures that can be appreciated from 19 May to 29 of September.

With the arrival of this sample, the museum will attempt to create an artistic dialogue between the similarities and differences of both artists, in order to provoke discussion on various topics related to morality, corruption and sexuality, according to the statement by Massimiliano Gioni, guest curator.

On the other hand, naked appearance is the first exhibition to show facing both artists, thus making it a true artistic event for all Latin America and positioning it as one of the most important examples of 2019.
