Unmissable Wednesday at the Las Alturas International Film Festival

The International Film Festival of the Heights continues to be developed successfully online and for this Wednesday several surprises are expected to be enjoyed freely and for free

Throughout the day you can see "Neither hero nor traitor" by director Nicolás Savignone, story that takes place in Buenos Aires in 1982 and "Black Sea", Omar Alarcón's documentary about the Bolivian poet Hugo Montero.

Another documentary is "Papelito", by Sebastián Giovenale, that collects the life of the creator of the last criollo circus in Argentina.

The directors of these films will be speaking live through social networks telling details of their productions.

Also today, tickets will be enabled for drive-in functions on Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20.

It should be noted that two telefilms from Jujuy will be premiering at the Friday and Saturday functions: "Looking for Yavi" by Patricio Artero and "Siervo Ajeno" by Blas Moreau. These projects were the winners of the Provincial Contests for the Production of Historical Telefilms 2018 organized by the Government of Jujuy and INCAA.

It should be remembered that these productions were made in the province of Jujuy and with a high-level local technical team and these will be their first functions.

In the Sunday function you can see "Badur Hogar" by Salta director Rodrigo Moscoso, so the weekend, NOA's cinema will have a very special role in this 6th. Edition.

Regarding academic activities, the Association of Directors and Producers of Independent Documentary Film of Argentina (ADN), will provide a Master Class titled: "Other ways of approaching reality: The Animation Documentary ”dictated by Darío Doria and Gustavo Alonso, Those interested will be able to follow the class live through the Festival's social networks.
