This Saturday 20 of August, the work Neither with dogs nor with boys will arrive in Quilmes, where it can be enjoyed freely and for free at the Municipal Theater.

This is the musical comedy directed by Javier Daulte, that features the performances of Laura Oliva, Omar Calicchio, Daniela Pantano and Dennis Smith (replaced on tour by Federico Coates).

The play belongs to the National Cervantes Theater and will begin at 21 hours at the cultural headquarters on Avenida Miter 721. It is a joint invitation between the Ministry of Culture and Education and the National University of Quilmes.

Neither with dogs nor with boys tells the life of the famous actor and film and theater director Charles Laughton, an English nationalized American in 1950, that shone in the golden age of Hollywood and his wife, Elsa Lanchester, Also British actress whose name became famous in 1935 for his role in Bride of Frankenstein, and from there he developed an interesting career in film. The intimacy of the couple is being discovered while hints of the history of cinema and theater of the time appear, and the characters come and go in time and space.

The work also features live musicians, they are Alejandro Bidegain (tenor sax), Pablo Citarella (piano), Roberto Gutierrez (clarinet) and Marcos Vives (Cello), directed by Fernando Albinarrate.
