No Te Va Gustar will release its tenth album “Light” in January of 2021
The Uruguayan rock band No Te Va Gustar prepares the launch of their new album, titled "Light", for january next year.
It is the tenth work of the popular group, where he proposes songs crossed by a direct rock, with the identity of the band and new searches. In this context, The band also announced the premiere of their first preview "No te imagines" on 8 of that month.
NTVG had planned to record an album this year, and due to the pandemic the circumstances of the recording changed; since the original idea was to register it between tours, in different parts of the world.
Looking for alternatives, they finally decided to set up a recording studio in Estancia Vik, in the Uruguayan town of José Ignacio,
The album was recorded in 20 days of coexistence and within an environment where the musicians and their closest circle breathed music the 24 hours of the day and worked in detail on each idea.
The production is by Héctor Castillo and its process was completed between Montevideo and New York.
