“Nomadland”, from the Chinese-American director, was the winner of the Best Film category in the 93rd. edition of the Oscars awarded by the Hollywood Film Academy in Los Angeles.

– Best Leading Actress: Frances McDormand (“Nomadland”).

– Best Leading Actor: Anthony Hopkins ("The father").

– Best Supporting Actor: Daniel Kaluuya ("Judas and the black messiah").

– Best Original Screenplay: Emerald Fennell for "Beautiful Revenge".

– Best Adapted Screenplay: Christopher Hampton and Florian Zeller for "The Father".

– Best cinematography: Erik Messerschmidt ("Lack").

– Best Editing: Mikkel E.G. Nielsen ("The sound of metal").

– Best Production Design: Donald Graham Burt and Jan Pascale for "Mank".

– Best Costume Design: Ann Roth for "The Mother of the Blues".

– Better Sound: Nicolas Becker, Jaime Baksht, Michelle Couttolenc, Carlos Cortés Navarrete and Phillip Bladh for "The sound of metal".

– Best Makeup and Hairstyling: Sergio Lopez-Rivera, Mia Neal and Jamika Wilson for "The Mother of the Blues".

– Best Soundtrack: Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross y Jon Batiste por “Soul”.

– Best Original Song: "Fight for You" from "Judas and the Black Messiah" – H.E.R., D’Mile and Tiara Thomas.

– Better Visual Effects: Andrew Jackson, David lee, Andrew Lockley y Soctt R. Fisher por “Tenet”.

– Best Documentary Feature Film: "My teacher the octopus", by Pippa Ehrlich and James Reed.

– Best Documentary Short Film: “Colette”, by Anthony Giacchino and Alice Doyard.

– Best Animated Feature Film: “Soul”, by Pete Docter and Kemp Powers.
