On Wednesday 5 In February the new season of “Libre Piedra” premieres at Ítaca Complejo Teatral. Tickets are now available through Alternative Teatral.

This work written and directed by Emmanuel Degracia invites the public to immerse themselves in the history of an abandoned theater that a group of young artists tries to revive.. Martina, a passionate guitarist, with his friends, face personal and collective challenges as they rebuild not only the physical space, but also their own paths. The work combines emotional dialogues, national rock classics and moments of humor and tenderness, proposing a reflection on how art can transform reality.

Through its characters, “Libre Piedra” addresses topics such as self-discovery, mental health and the importance of leaning on others during difficult times. It is a vibrant show that celebrates friendship, resilience and the magic of creating together, reminding us that art can be a refuge and a tool to heal.

For Emmanuel Degracia, This work is a tribute to freedom, to art as a refuge and national rock as a symbol of resistance and authenticity. Its intention is for the public to feel the power of the music and identify with the search of these characters to find a place to be themselves.. The idea for the work arose from a conversation between friends., where music and laughter led them to reflect on the influence of national rock on their lives. Since then, a story built with the heart began to take shape, designed to excite and inspire.

The cast is made up of Ana Clara Fay, Ariadna Alegre, Ariadna Thachuk, Fina Insúa, Fiona Obregon, Juan Esteban Bonora, Leyla Iara Alam, Luis Machuca, Maria Milkovic, Milagros Casielles, Nacho Batti, patrisso Lorca, Tute Riva and Zoe Gómez.

Performances will be every Wednesday at 20:30 hours from 5 February in the facility located on Humahuaca 4027.
