The south of Mendoza prepares for the opening of the National Harvest calendar, with the Provincial Festival of the Flower of the Vine that this time will have the presentation of Pedro Aznar.

The official opening will be on Saturday 20 November at the Labiano Winery in the city of San Rafael, where the province will carry out the eighth edition of a unique and representative event of the wine culture, regional gastronomy, music and tourism.

With the participation of more than 20 southern oasis wineries, presenting its exceptional wines, an interesting gastronomic proposal and an incomparable show, The Provincial Festival of the Flower of the Vine is the quintessential option for the long weekend, being the kick for the National Harvest events, for which there are great expectations of the local public and tourists who will visit the aforementioned department.

Declared of cultural and tourist interest by the Government of Mendoza; the Honorable Legislature of the Province and the Municipality of San Rafael, the Provincial Festival of the Flower of the Vine dates back to the typical European celebrations that celebrated the beginning of the flowering of the vineyards. Through time, It was adopted in the south of Mendoza by the hand of Camilo Aldao, growing year by year to become a party of excellent level. Throughout the editions, the Fiesta has taken place in different wineries, being the Bodega Labiano the host this 2021.

The organization is in charge of the Wine Tourism Board, belonging to the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of San Rafael, also with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Government of Mendoza; the Municipality of San Rafael; COVIAR and the Chamber of Tourism.
