Within the framework of the 76th edition of the Cannes International Film Festival the new Disney Pixar production, “Elements”, will be in charge of closing the meeting.

In this way, the twenty-seventh Pixar film will once again be part of the international event, with a function the 27 of May. It is worth noting that the world premiere is scheduled for the 15 of June.

The new film will be screened out of competition and as a closure of the Festival and will be the fourth Pixar production to participate, after "Up": A high adventure ", “Intensely” and “Soul”.

This new production narrates life in Ciudad Elementos, where the inhabitants of fire live, Water, the earth and the air.

Within this context appears Ember, a tough young woman, witty and fierce, whose friendship with a fun guy who goes with the flow, named wade, challenges their beliefs about the world they live in.

Voice cast includes Leah Lewis, Mamoudou Athie, Ronnie Del Carmen, Shila Ommi, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Catherine O’Hara, Mason Wertheimer y Joe Pera. Directed by Peter Sohn.
