The editions planned for the traditional Rock in Rio festival, that were to be held in Brazil and Portugal, were postponed for 2022 due to the restrictions still in force due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“In september 2022 we will be together again and ready for the best Rock In Rio of all time, and we will celebrate peace and life”, reported by Brazilian organizers in their official networks, where they already anticipated that next year's edition will take place on the days 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 Y 11 of that month.
