With the presence of several authorities was presented at the House of Culture's edition 14 the Book Fair Tandil, meeting to be held between the 2 and the 6 of August.

Through a press conference, Some of the activities and thematic axes that this traditional meeting will have, which will take place at the University Cultural Center, were announced., located in Yrigoyen 662.

Alicia Laco was present, by the Association of Book Fairs in Tandil; Irina Taraborelli, Director of Culture; Natalia Correa, Undersecretary of Culture and Education of the Municipality; Claudia Castro, Director of Culture at the University, Gerardo Tassara responsible for Editorial Unicen and Adrián Pagés for the Business Chamber of Tandil.

It is one of the most important fairs in the country., since it has a significant number of well-known authors, plus the presence of numerous publishers. On the other hand, admission is totally free.

In this edition, local authors will be recognized under the motto Homage to the book from Tandil through history.

Organized jointly between the Municipality of the city, with the National University of the Center of the Province of Buenos Aires, the Business Chamber of Tandil and the Association of Book Fairs in Tandil, this meeting brings together more than 50 presentations of works and fifty stands organized by prestigious bookstores and publishers.

Among some of the authors confirmed for this edition, will be Ana Maria Shua, who will present her book Daughters and will also hold workshops for the youngest; the illustrator Rep and the comedian and writer Rudy.
