Under the slogan "Let the culture belong to the peoples" the 5 December will take place the Night of Alternative Cultural Spaces (NECA), an online meeting that can be enjoyed through Instagram.

Organized by the Community of Cultural Spaces of Quilmes, the event will bring together artists and libraries of the district, offering music, theater and poetry. All these proposals can be enjoyed through the Instagram account of the Gleyzer Cultural Center.

As detailed from the organization, the state of paralysis suffered by the Quilmeño culture due to the pandemic -as happens in other parts of the country- and despite this process of gradual reactivation, many workers of culture and places where it is expressed, they continue to exacerbate their crisis. For this reason, a statement was given to the Commune with these problems and the need for a response.

One of the key points of this statement is the creation of a "space for permanent dialogue for exchange between the Municipality and the actors involved". Through the NECA and as a year-end, You can see all the activities and initiatives that were developed, not only in cultural venues but also in popular neighborhoods.
