Cultural explored by bicycle by Palermo Chico
The Museo de Arte Popular Jose Hernandez pitched a proposal where neighbors and interested parties can go cycling Palermo Chico, where you can enjoy various cultural points differently.
During the tour, which lasts an hour, cyclists will be able to appreciate emblematic large houses on their way, embassies, squares and groves and homes of personalities and politicians. Cultural venues such as the museum itself or MALBA will also be seen.
Palermo Chico or Barrio Parque is a place that combines nature, history and art. It is a residential area (one of the most expensive that the City of Buenos Aires has), designed by the landscaper and architect Carlos Thays in 1912.
Regarding the route (will be suspended in case of rain), will take place this Friday 13 (with guide in English) And the saturday 14 (in Spanish). Those who wish to participate may do so by registering in advance by writing to cursosmapjh@gmail.com or calling 4801-9019.
It is a free activity and the only requirements are punctuality (the tours are at 11), be older than 13 years and carry ID or passport. It should be noted that those who do not come with a bicycle can process one in the EcoBici spaces (Nearby there are the Cerviño and Coronel Díaz stations and Las Heras Park.).
