Latin American Cinema Week returns to Cultural San Martín
The fifth Latin American Film Week will be held from 13 al 18 August at the San Martín Cultural Center, with a wide and varied program of films and short films that reflect the richness and diversity of cinema in our region.
For six days and with free entry, Attendees will be able to enjoy six feature films and three short film programs, in addition to the Children's Film Festival. The selection of feature films includes two trilogies: one dedicated to the relationship between Latin American cultures and nature, and another that explores the magic in urban life. The short films will be grouped under the themes of Family, Memory and Enjoyment, offering a deep and diverse look at different aspects of Latin American life and culture.
This year, the Retina Latina platform will award a special prize: the short film and the feature film best rated by the public will be exhibited on its platform. This recognition not only values the quality of the productions, but also highlights the active participation of the public in the festival.
