annual auction of works in the Eduardo Sivori Museum
The Eduardo Sívori Museum will conduct a new edition, the seventeenth, its annual auction of works, more than 100 work of Argentine art highlights.
It will be on Avenida Infanta Isabel 555 (opposite the Rose Garden of Palermo), from Thursday 25 of August.
Previously, more precisely from the 18 of July to 24 of August, the works that will be auctioned will be on display.
It should be noted that this kind of auction is organized by the museum since 1999, by the Friends of the Museum Sivori, in order to bring the public to the more traditional national art, classic and contemporary.
For this edition, there will be renowned auctioneer Enrique Scheinsohn, and will be open to the general public, you can enjoy not only paintings, but also recorded, photographs and objects.
Among the works there achievements of great masters such as Antonio Berni, Raúl Soldi, Carmelo Arden Quin
Eduardo Mc Entyre, Quinquela, Juan Batlle Planas, Fernando eggs, Libero Badii, Juan Mele, Sarah Grillo, León Ferrari and Ary Brizzi, to mention only some of the references.
lots of contemporary artists such as Guillermo Roux will also highlight, Yuyo Noé, Miguel Ocampo, Carlos Alonso, Eduardo Stupía, Adolfo Nigro, Juan
Astice, Marta Minujín, Horacio Zabala and Jorge Abot, among others.
Meanwhile, sculpture lovers will appreciate important pieces, among which highlights Jorge Gamarra, Staff Alberto Diaz, Enio Iommi, and Raul Farco.
While, like all years, younger artists have their place in this edition with outstanding works of Pablo Lapadula, Mariana Villafane, Andrés Paredes and Estanislao Florido, among others.
