The Rolling Stones guitarist, Ron Wood, revealed that during the social confinement last year he successfully faced cancer treatment for the second time.

“I have had cancer in two different ways. I suffered from lung cancer in 2017 and I had a small cell one more recently that I battled with during the last lockdown”, the musician told in an interview with the British newspaper The Sun.

The artist, of 73 years, attributed his healing “to a higher power” and acknowledged that he came to wonder if it was already “time to say goodbye” To his family.

“All I can do is have a positive attitude, be strong and fight. The rest depends on a higher power”, expressed Wood. (TELAM)
