This Wednesday 25 October, will be the opening of the CEC Spaces (Contemporary Expressions Center), within the framework of the International Biennial of Contemporary Art in South America (BIENALSUR).

In this way, the BIENALSUR continues its aim of generating a global institutional network of collaborative partnership that eliminates distances and borders, and uniqueness claimed in diversity; thus proposes a vast territory from positioning built on a "Global South".

In Argentina, the Biennial is organized by the National University of Tres de Febrero (UNTREF) and Rosario, from the co-organization of the Ministry of Culture and Education of the City.
