Through an initiative of the Department of Culture and Education, It was carried out the fifth edition of Sculptors Matanceros, within the festival "Rockearte".

With an important concurrence of public and near 30 artists present, The event took place in the square Etcheverry Ramos Mejia. There could enjoy live sculptures, in wood, Scrap, metal, iron, clay and ceramic, including two painters who exhibited some of his most recent works.

Artists who participated in the day were Luis Alfredo Cavallo, José María Betinelli, Miguel Sansfurgo, Ricardo Daniel Garcia, Daniel Chauvin, Pablo Dolorini, Nora León, Jimena Pastorino, Gerónimo Dellacasa, Guillermo Eizykovicz, Carmen Vasapollo, Atilio Cañizares, Jaquelina Peñalva, David Quinteros, Nahuel Ridruejo, Mario Rosales, Gerardo Sánchez, Miguel Sánchez, Martin Fleitas, Alberto Soria, Iris pan, Juan Torres and Diego Gorosito.

Note that the purpose of the meeting is that the public can appreciate the creative process and the work of sculptors live, as well as seek to create a space for sculptors and create an environment for the promotion and transfer of knowledge between artists and audience.

Among those present was Deputy Secretary of Culture, Alejandro Enrique, sculptors who congratulated and welcomed the work done during the meeting of sculptors.
