La Felca is a self-managed initiative of different independent publishers, as Milena Caserola, Oasis stories for children, Shout Meek, Pilot storm, Ellipsis editions, Editorial Paisanita, Eloisa Cartonera, Libretto, The Butterfly and the Iguana, Anarres and Yerba Mala Cartonera Books.

as a novelty, this third edition of Felca is being held simultaneously in Chile and Uruguay with independent publishers and local bookstores that “they come together to resist collectively because we love our work and we believe that if the state does not guarantee us a solution, self-management is the answer”, indicate its organizers in a statement.
